This bag was gifted to me by my lovely brother!  Yes, my brother.  But he doesn’t get all the credit because he called me while he was at the KS Outlet in Seattle and basically said, ‘Ok, I’m at the store, tell me what you want’, lol.  He does get lots and lots of brownie points for getting this one though because I am loving this purse so so much!

I was a little skeptical about the color – he gave me the name of the purse and told me to Google it and let him know if it’s something I’d like.  The shape was perfect and the ability to convert to a cross-body was the deal breaker.  I saw so many colors on Google and fell in love with this cyan color.  Any shade of blue is my favourite so I figured why not incorporate it into a purse and make it my first blue purse!  Luckily, he said they had that color in stock so I was so excited!

I’ve used this bag everyday for the last two weeks and I can’t believe how it really goes with any outfit I put together.  Maybe because it’s such a light color and closer to white that it isn’t that hard to make it ‘go’ with anything.  When I feel more classy and girly, I like to use the top handle and either hold it that way or hang it on my forearm.  When I’m feeling a bit more casual, I’ll use the long strap and hang it over one shoulder rather than wearing it across my chest.  I find the strap isn’t long enough for me to use as a cross-body but it’s a perfect length for just hanging over my shoulder, and doesn’t give me that shoulder-bag pain.  It’s such a versatile bag.  I haven’t used this purse as much as I have in the last two weeks because I was scared of pulling it out during the last few months of winter for fear of getting the leather damaged and stained from slush and salt.  Now that the sun is out, it just seems so appropriate and necessary for this bag to come out and play everyday.

I should definitely switch it up to my other purses for the next week… but I don’t know if I can.
