Can you believe it? I surely can’t. I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again – every year that comes seems to go just as quick. It’s as if the world wants us to grow older faster so we can all become extinct. What a creepy way to think, wtf Cherrie.
February is in less than 2 weeks. Didn’t 2016 come… like, yesterday?
I feel that I started off 2016 on the right foot. I began the year more active than I have been for the last few months. However, I haven’t gone to the gym/spin class in a week or so now. Why? Who knows, lol laziness kicking in. It doesn’t help that it’s Mother Nature’s week right now which adds on to the never-ending laziness and eating anything I see. I tell myself everyday to hit the gym after work and it worked for the first few weeks of January, just have to get back into it again. I don’t want to go weeks and months without going to the gym as I know, once that happens, it’s downhill.
Besides working out, I’ve been trying to eat a lot healthier at home and outside. On another note, I’m cutting down how much I go out to eat and how many times I have to buy lunch at work. I don’t want to say these are my resolutions, as I don’t believe in them. I believe in bettering yourself every day. Sure, it could be a ‘New Year, new me’ sort of thing. I want to be in better shape, be more active, get outside more, eat better and healthier, and never stop.
I’m pretty happy with how my 2016 started.
